Can I switch from Adani to BEST or Tata Power?

Does Adani offer prepaid electricity in Mumbai?

What is the Adani Electricity late-payment penalty?
1.25% per month of the unpaid amount, applied from the day after the due date. After 15 days, a disconnection notice is issued; after 30 days, supply may be disconnected.
